Russian authorities claim Ukrainian UAVs attack on Bryansk Oblast, Russia

Alexander Bogomaz, Governor of Russias Bryansk Oblast, has claimed that Ukrainian drones attacked facilities in the Surazh district of the oblast on the night of 10-11 October.
